She started her career at EY, where she built a foundation in finance and saw how professional services firms operate from the inside. She then spent five years as Head of Operations and Finance at a startup. There she owned everything from financial reporting to the processes that kept the business running as it grew.

That mix of Big Four rigor and startup speed shapes how she works with Opzer clients. She understands the numbers and the people behind them, and she knows that the best automation fits how a firm actually runs.

Outside of work, you'll find her kite surfing or spending time with her dogs.
